Returns
If a piece isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and with its packaging. Return shipping within the United States is complimentary, and refunds reach the original payment method within five business days of arrival.
Exchanges follow the same window. If something arrives faulty, write to us and we will put it right, with no return fee.
Caring for your pieces
- Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry naturally.
- Keep solvents, alcohol wipes and abrasive cleaners away from material and hardware.
- Store the tote upright in its dust bag, lightly filled to hold its shape.
- Keep pieces out of long spells of direct sunlight to preserve the tone.
- Treat spills quickly; most marks lift with water alone.
