A matte animal-free microfiber with a fine, dry hand. It is not coated plastic and it is not leather: it is a dense woven base with a soft finish, chosen because it holds its shape, resists water marks and ages evenly.

Where are the pieces made?

They are produced by a small number of selected workshops and shipped to our warehouse in the United States, where every order is packed and dispatched. We would rather say this plainly than dress it up.

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our United States warehouse within one to two business days. Standard delivery is three to six business days and is complimentary; expedited delivery is one to three business days.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. Thirty days from delivery, unused and with its packaging, returned free of charge within the United States. Refunds reach the original payment method within five business days of arrival.

Yes. Each set is cut from a single material lot in one colour, with one hardware finish, so the tote, pouch, glasses case and phone case read as one family rather than four separate purchases.

How should I care for my pieces?

A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough for almost everything. Avoid solvents and alcohol wipes, store the tote upright in its dust bag, and keep it out of long spells of direct sun.
