What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never held by us. When you browse, we collect standard technical information such as device type, browser and pages viewed.
Why we use it
To take payment, to deliver your order, to handle returns and to answer your messages. If you have asked to hear from us, we also use your email address to send occasional letters about the collection. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor, our warehouse and delivery partners, and the platform hosting this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shopping bag and checkout to work, and a small number of analytics cookies that tell us which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser; the shopping bag will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it, which you can do from any letter we send.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@lorasen.com and we will respond within thirty days.
